- Only do the things that I know will make me happier. And, if I’m happier, everyone around me will be too.
- Weight lift! It’s the time to change up my fitness routine.
- Take a solo vacation, even if only for 2 days.
- Be the best mother, friend, etc I can be.
- Always be present.
- Do 10 perfect push-ups.
These aren’t New Year’s resolutions since I’ve already started some. I’ve read many times that those who are most successful in completing their goals write them down and review them on a regular basis. So here’s to 2015!
